16+ YEARS
This class specialises in preparing for and learning skills on the aerial apparatus. In this class you will work mostly on silks and static trapeze, learning basic skills to build your strength and spatial awareness. As you get stronger, you will develop new skills and simple routines on this exciting equipment. You need to have the strength to lift your legs under a trapeze bar by yourself.

Explore fundamental movement in a fun group circus class to develop confidence, co-ordination, and creativity. Improve strength and flexibility whilst having fun socialising and performing with friends!

11+ YEARS
The German wheel is like a giant hamster wheel. Come and learn how to roll around, over and through the wheel. Everyone welcome as only general spatial awareness and core strength are required for this class. Wear flat-soled, lace-up runners like Converse.

Join a fun circus class especially for homeschooled children. Through the term, circus activities include tumbling, acrobalance, mini tramp, hula hoops, juggling, trapeze, tissu and much more. This class provides a great foundation to move with confidence, work as a team and improve overall fitness.

Develop efficient, powerful tumbling technique through fun, creative and diverse classes. Each week will focus on a different tumbling principle.
