Kate started out as a large-scale contract manager in the UK, providing her with extensive people and resources management skills. She retrained in Australia as a professional bookkeeper, sharing her previous management experience with a wide variety of clients. Kate has lived and raised her kids in the Northern Rivers for 20 years. She has been on the management board of several community organisations and works with the Echo newspaper and Byron School of Art. Involved with Spaghetti for 18 years, she helped run the 2013 and 2022 festivals.
