Hi Spaghetti Community,
Welcome back to Term 4. We look forward to having our circus classes filled with energy, excitement and fun!
We want to get though these next seven weeks with good will, our sense of community intact and with healthy happy students, parents, and staff. We can’t wait to have everyone back together as soon as possible.
Please read this email in its entirety as it contains information that affects us all.
With the announcement of the state government’s Covid health order there will be a few changes. We want you to know that inclusivity and compassion are core to our culture. We will continue to hold these values while complying with the health order that is beyond our control.
Due to the public health order, from Monday, 11 October till 1 December, only vaccinated patrons (or those with a medical exemption) and staff will be able to enter the Spaghetti Circus premises. This applies to everyone aged 16 years and older.
We CAN welcome all students under 16 regardless of their parents’ vaccination status.
We request that all parents drop their child at the front door and do not enter the building. If you can complete your payments and enrolment online, it will help.
The classes that will be affected by this change are the adult classes, the all-abilities class, and the 12+ and PT classes where a child is aged 16 years or above, and the preschool classes: Mini Noodles, Macaronis and Linguinis.
For the preschool classes, only vaccinated parents will be able to join in the classes. So, the schedule will now look like this:
If you have already enrolled and need to withdraw from your class, please let us know. We can credit your payment for next term or provide a refund. If you have questions about how this affects you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please also bear in mind that as an organisation we are doing our best and have been affected by the order with reduced staff and greater administration. We will have reduced face to face admin staff, so please complete your enrolment online, or send us an email.
The regulations are constantly changing and are different for every business and community group. We will keep you updated.
Thank you from everyone at Spaghetti for your patience, kindness, and support.
We can’t wait to have everyone back together as soon as possible.
