Spaghetti Circus Fee Policy
Spaghetti Circus Membership: Spaghetti Circus membership fees are $100 for all classes except Noodles, Macaronis and Linguinis is $55 membership. When enrolling for the first time during the year, you will use the code Student & Insurance.
Spaghetti Circus Membership (based on the calendar year) covers the following:
– Gymnastics Australia (GA) membership – transferable Australia wide
– Spaghetti Circus Inc – Associate membership (Student and Parent)
– Public Liability Insurance
– Personal accident insurance
– A gift from GA
– Spaghetti Circus family love
– Discount on circus equipment and clothing from the Spaghetti shop
– Specials on tickets, food and events during the year
– Costumes provided for shows (inc. making, washing and storing)
– Make up provided for shows
Spaghetti Circus is charged for insurance per calendar year. We are charged regardless of when you start classes in the year. By charging a yearly membership, we keep our class fees lower overall.
Spaghetti is passionate about our student’s safety, other youth circuses in Australia DO NOT take out personal accident insurance for every student but this is not an option for us.
Personal accident insurance covers medical bills associated with injuries that are non-Medicare claimable – like ambulance fees. In the area like the Northern Rivers where most families do not take out private health care, we feel this is important.
Payment: Our preferred method of payment is via Trybooking, though we do accept payment by cash, EFTPOS and cheques at the front desk, Monday to Thursday, 3.30pm to 6.30pm. If doing a bank transfer there will be a $10 early bird discount ONLY, please put your child’s full name as the Reference/Description and send an email with your payment verification to firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer an early bird discount of $30 per term for fees paid in full through Trybooking (not via bank transfer) by the Sunday before term classes starts. This discount will also apply to those students that are on an authorised payment plan. (Please see information below regarding setting up a payment plan.) If payments are made at the desk via cash, EFTPOS, payment plan or bank transfer the early bird is $10.
We offer a family discount of 10% to those families with 3 or more people attending Spaghetti Circus classes.
If you need to pay fees in fortnightly instalments, please email email@example.com requesting an application form to set up a payment plan so that fees can be paid automatically via bank transfer fortnightly. If payment plans are negotiated, and a payment made before the early bird cut-off date, $10 discount early bird rates will apply. The payment plan must be set up within two weeks of enrolling in class for the enrolment to remain valid.

Withdrawal from a class
Requires notice in writing via email before the commencement of term. No refunds will be issued once classes have commenced. Refunds are only available to injuries or illnesses preventing the student from completing the class or a tragedy in the family.
Absence from training sessions
Your fees are paying for a place in a Spaghetti Circus class. The trainer to student ratio in these classes is strictly limited to ensure that you receive the best possible training. As such, there is often a waiting list for these classes. Therefore, if you choose not to attend training sessions during the period for which you have paid fees, no refund will be given.
