Monday
Mini Noodles
2-4yrs and their parents 9.30 - 10.15am $130/term $100 EarlyBird

Noodles is a play-based circus class for young children, where parents interact and join in the fun of the circus. This 45 min class guides and challenges little people and their friends through a simple body warm up followed by a circus circuit, basic aerials, partner balances, group play, songs and games.

Macaroni's

In this class parents and children develop skills together and have a great time. This 1hr class includes; a circuit, foundation aerials, partner balances, group play, songs, games and two optional performances per year. Students will develop their coordination, extend on foundation skills and facilitates a bonding experience with their guardian. This is a great place to start your journey at Spaghetti.

5-7yrs Girls & Boys Circus
3.30 - 4.30pm $180/Term or $150 EarlyBird For school aged children

At this age children can really start to develop their circus skills, including: tumbling, acrobalance, mini tramp, hula hoops, juggling, trapeze, tissu and much more. This class has 2 exciting performances per year

8-11yrs Boys Circus

At this age children are physically and cognitively ready to take on further challenge. The focus of this class is fun and circus skills including: tumbling, acrobalance, mini tramp, big tramp, hula hoops, juggling, trapeze, tissu and much more. This class has 2 exciting performances per year.

8-11yrs Girls Circus
4.30 - 6pm $230/term or $200 EarlyBird

At this age children are physically and cognitively ready to take on further challenge. The focus of this class is fun and circus skills including: tumbling, acrobalance, mini tramp, hula hoops, juggling, trapeze, tissu and much more. This class has 2 exciting performances per year.

* 8-11yrs Boys Intermediate Circus
4.30 - 5.30pm $180/Term or $150 EarlyBird

This class is a progression on after 8-11yrs Boys Circus. It still has all the main fundamentals although children are picked by the coaches when they are ready to move up to learning a higher skill level. Children are moved up on the basis of their skill, dedication and attitude.

12yrs & Up Mixed
5.30 - 7.00pm $230/Term or $200 EarlyBird

This is an inclusive class where kids make friends, get active and build confidence. Circus class with the focus of fun and circus skills, including: tumbling, acrobalance, mini tramp, hula hoops, juggling, trapeze, tissu and much more. This class has 2 exciting performances per year. This is a great environment for safe risk taking.

Tuesday
Adults Circus Fit
11.00am - 1.00pm $20 per class or $200/Term

Tues Adults’ Class is based on an beginner – intermediate level of skill and fitness. Adults circus is for 18 plus. Covering a broad range of skills including Tumbling, Handstands, Acrobalance and Aerials, it also has as a strong emphasis on strength and flexibility. This class have a big focus on body alignment, strength, flexibility and conditioning. A lot of the adults find they can't do with out it after a while, their bodies don't feel right. We've had adults say, "I don't get back pain anymore!" It's like yoga but more fun! Come get fit, make friends and have a laugh with us!

* Mighty Mini 1
3.45 - 5.15pm $330/Term or $300 EarlyBird

The “Mighty Mini 1's” class focus is on performance and elite skills; with particular emphasis on strength, flexibility and form. The students are carefully selected by the Head of Circus School" for their attitude towards circus, dedication, training and physical factors such as; body tension, strength, aerial awareness, flexibility, current circus skills and family support. The “Mighty Mini’s” aim is to advance skills with smaller student to coach ratios and an increased training time. On average there is 3-5 contact hours at Spaghetti Circus. These classes come with an increased commitment; the student needs to attend 90% of classes. These positions are not permanent, the student and parents need to show continued commitment and dedication to keep their position and progress into the Mighty Mini 2's and performance troupes. These classes also have an increased performance component, with performances at community events and the usual community shows every 6 months.

* Mighty Mini 2 Girls

Hula hoops with Yos Worth! She is an amazing hula teacher, teaching students the basics with detail and precision so that the progress to learning higher skills is so much accelerated. She has a go hard attitude but if you go with it you'll get amazing results, from those at a basic level to learning your 7 hoop body split! This class is for 8 years to adults. To attend this class you must be able to spin the hoop on your next, waist and knees (not all at the same time just yet), but be able to hula.

* SuperMighty Boys
3.45 - 5.45pm $370/Term or $340 EarlyBird

The “SuperMighties” class focus is on performance and elite skills; with particular emphasis on strength, flexibility and form. Stretch & Strength with a Pilates Twist 6 - 8pm $20 per class or $200/Term

This class is taught by Yos Worth an amazing circus coach as well as Pilates instructor. It is a fun but challenging class involving pilates foundations with the quirkiness if circus.

Thursday

HomeSchoolers Circus Allsorts 7-14yrs
11.30 - 12.30am $180/Term or $150 EarlyBird

This class is for 7-14yrs boys and girls. It has a small student to coach ratio of 1:10 max, so kids can really progress their skills in a fun and safe environment. The age range makes it great for siblings to come to circus together, which helps facilitate a great sibling relationship. Like the name this class does a bit of everything and caters to who we have there and what they are interested in

Adults Acro
11.30 - 1.30pm $100 for 5 Week blocks of specialty workshops AcroBalance Wk 1-5

Thursday Adults’ Classes are short 5 week courses on a specific skill, these are taught by different coaches as the apparatus changes. $100 for the 5 week block to be paid in advance. Term 1 2016 is starting with Acrobalance with Li Pawson. This is partner and group work balancing with other adults. This class starts with 1hr of strength, flexibility and body conditioning then onto skills. It's like acro-yoga but with a lot more laughter!

5-7yrs Girls & Boys Circus

*Bounce Intermediate
3.30 - 4.30pm $190/Term or $160 EarlyBird 8 Years and to Adults

This class is for people who love to flip! You'll learn it with correct technique with a highly skilled teacher in a safe environment with lots of crash mats and safety lines. This class will include floor tumbling, spring board, mini tramp and big tramp or anything else you can get bounce from! This class required prior approval to establish that you have some experience with tumbling and tramp and have a basic level of aerial awareness. Can you do a handspring on the Mini tramp and/or Big tramp? If yes then this class is for you!

* Bounce Advanced
4.30 - 5.30pm 8 Years and Up $190/Term or $160 EarlyBird

This class is for people who love to flip! You'll learn it with correct technique with a highly skilled teacher in a safe environment with lots of crash mats and safety lines. This class will include floor tumbling, spring board, mini tramp and big tramp or anything else you can get bounce from! This class is for those who have been selected by the coach for their skills in Bounce Intermediate or any other circus class. If you've never attended Spaghetti before and would like to attend Advanced Bounce please call and we can assess you. Can you do a front and back sault on the Mini and Big Tramp with good technique? If so this class is for you!

*Handstands
5.30 - 6.30pm 8 Years to Adults $190/Term or $160 earlyBird

The Handstands class will take a short break and will return in 2017. This class is for those who have some idea of handstanding and would love to learn the next step. Can you walk on your hands? Can you hold a 10s freestanding handstand? Then come and learn some new moves with a professional handstander.

Saturday
Aerials
9.00 - 10.00am $190/Term or $160 EarlyBird 7 years to Adults

Participants must be 7yrs or over and have completed one term of another general spaghetti circus class or call and talk to administration about your previous experience. You need to have the strength to be able to lift your legs under a trapeze bar by yourself. In this class you will learn the basics of all the aerials we have here at Spaghetti circus, focusing mainly on Trapeze, Static Cloud Swing and Silks.

Circus Allsorts
10.00 - 11.00am 5 - 12 Years Boys and Girls $180/Term or $150 EarlyBird

This class is for 5-12yrs boys and girls. It has a small student to coach ratio of 1:10 max, so kids can really progress their skills in a fun and safe environment.
